• For Peak Hours/Special Events: Please note that reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours. While we strive to accommodate all requests, specific table preferences cannot be guaranteed. Hai Ge Ji reserves the right to adjust reservation times or table assignments based on restaurant capacity.
• Group Bookings (12 pax and above): A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Our team will contact you for confirmation.
• Walk-Ins: We welcome walk-in guests, but seating is subject to availability.
• Dining Duration: To accommodate all guests, dining time may be limited during peak hours.
• Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences and dietary requests, but they are subject to availability.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: If you are unable to make it, please notify us as soon as possible to allow other guests the opportunity to dine.
