Haigei Chicken Rice - Return and Refund Policy

At Haigei Chicken Rice, we strive for your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds:

In-Store Issues:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items or food that is not prepared to your specifications, please bring it to the attention of our staff immediately. We will gladly correct the issue, offer a replacement, or provide a refund.
  • Food Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food, please inform our staff while you are still in the restaurant. We value your feedback and will do our best to address your concerns.

Take-Out/Delivery Issues:

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Please check your order carefully upon receiving it. If there are any incorrect or missing items, contact us immediately at +65 9478 2070 or enquiries@haigeji.com. We will do our best to rectify the situation promptly. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Food Quality Concerns: Due to the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for take-out or delivery orders once they have left our premises. However, we encourage you to contact us to share your feedback so we can improve our service.

Exceptions:

  • We cannot offer refunds or returns on food that has been consumed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses our return policy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Please note that while the EU 14-day cooling-off period applies to many purchases, it is not applicable to perishable goods like prepared food, as these items cannot be returned without being spoiled.

Refunds

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
