The Birth of a Heritage Brand
Sheikh Haikel and his wife, Anna Belle Francis, officially opened Hai Ge Ji on July 7, 2024, at 783 Northbridge Road. Fulfilling Sheikh Haikel's long-held dream of owning a chicken rice restaurant, the goal was to offer an authentic yet elevated Hainanese chicken rice dining experience. Inspired by his deep love for this beloved dish, HaiGe Ji presents a thoughtfully curated halal menu,featuring tender, succulent chicken paired withfragrant rice, house-made sauces, and a variety ofstarters and sides to complete the experience.
